Calcat® Battery technology is a physical treatment that stops calcium and magnesium salts precipitating inside the pipework, putting an end to scaling and corrosion problems in the circuit. Our commitment is that the physico-chemical parameters of the incoming water are practically the same as those at the last point of consumption. The installation adapts to the dimensions and characteristics of the circuit, needs no building work or changes to existing infrastructure, consumes no energy, requires no maintenance and never comes into direct contact with the water. Installation, monitoring and follow-up are included.

Urban, industrial and agri-food wastewater.

We design and build bespoke solutions for treating urban, industrial and agri-food wastewater. We cover the full engineering and design —hydraulic and process calculations, sizing of primary, secondary and tertiary treatment units, and the application of biological (activated sludge, MBR, SBR, rotating biological contactors) or physico-chemical technologies depending on the effluent—, the refurbishment and modernisation of existing plants, with process optimisation, technology upgrades and capacity expansion of older treatment works, and the technical advice and maintenance that follows: operation, control and integrated services to keep the plant performing.

Manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the equipment.

We manufacture, install and commission water treatment systems: reverse osmosis to produce water with low mineralisation and salinity, for human consumption or for processes demanding high water quality; automatic softeners to remove hardness from raw water; iron and manganese removal filters; filtration from 5 to 50 µm for turbidity and suspended solids; automatic chlorination to hold a set free-chlorine concentration in tanks; arsenic removal filters; denitrification systems; and activated carbon filters, which remove odours, tastes, insecticides and pesticides and, depending on the carbon used, organic matter too.
