A water audit of the facility: analysis of actual consumption, discharges and uses, identification of critical points and improvement opportunities, and a set of measures ranked by return on investment. It is the usual starting point when it is not yet clear where the savings are.

More concentration cycles, less blowdown and no antiscalants.

We optimise water consumption in cooling towers and evaporative condensers without chemicals. The physical treatment lets the circuit run at higher concentrations, which significantly reduces blowdown discharge. Installation is simple and non-invasive: it adapts to the dimensions of the circuit, needs no building work or changes to existing infrastructure, requires no production stoppages, consumes no energy, needs no maintenance and never comes into direct contact with the water. Installation, monitoring and follow-up are included. In the cooling circuit of an international conference centre it delivered between 60 % and 70 % water savings, removed antiscalants altogether and left the circuit free of corrosion, with iron concentrations below 0.10 mg/l.

Taps, showers, urinals and cisterns: results from day one.

We analyse and implement saving measures across sanitary water circuits —taps, showers, urinals, cisterns— through specific studies tailored to each asset. The work is simple, non-invasive and delivers from the first day of installation: water savings of between 20 % and 80 % at terminal points, energy savings on domestic hot water, an uplift in asset value, and regular reports tracking and evaluating the savings. It feeds directly into ESG scoring and certifications such as BREEAM, LEED or ISO 14001.

The plan an increasing number of municipal by-laws now require.

Many municipal by-laws require large consumers to draw up a Sustainable Water Management Plan setting out projected use, the areas identified for reduction, recycling and reuse, the efficiency measures to be applied and the schedule for carrying them out. We write the whole thing: a full diagnosis of water use across the facility, analysis of consumption, discharges, reuse and water efficiency, identification of critical points, proposed optimisation measures, definition of the key water sustainability indicators, and integration with ESG policy, environmental certifications (ISO 14001, EMAS) and decarbonisation plans.
