Quality and environmental policy

At Grupo Técnico Calcat our future goal is to reach a leadership position in the field of “Projects, marketing, supply, installation and maintenance of water treatment systems, and the maintenance and prevention service for facilities at risk of legionellosis”.

To this end, our philosophy is to offer services with the highest levels of quality and respect for the environment, incorporating, as differentiating values, responsiveness, the high qualification of our professionals, and technical capability and competence through the use of first-class equipment and infrastructure, establishing ourselves as an organisation that embodies the values of a large company that manages its resources with effectiveness and efficiency.

All of Grupo Técnico Calcat's activity is aimed at fully satisfying the needs of our clients and other interested parties, for which we need the full involvement of employees and suppliers.

Therefore, the Quality and Environmental Policy constitutes a basic pillar for establishing and reviewing objectives to achieve the full satisfaction of our clients and interested parties.

For this reason, and in order to achieve the objectives set, Management undertakes to dedicate all its economic, technological and human potential to this task, so that the company's organisation, its investment policy, the development of new methods and its human resources are oriented primarily towards satisfying the needs of our interested parties, subject to the guidelines established by Management.
