At Grupo Técnico Calcat, S.L. (“Calcat”) we are committed to protecting users' privacy and to processing their personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

We process the data you provide through the contact form (name, email and the content of your message) for the following purposes:

• To prepare and send you assessments or quotes for our services.

Your data will not be transferred to third parties, except where legally required. Where applicable, the service providers who assist us (for example, hosting or email) may access it, acting as data processors under the guarantees required by the regulations.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by contacting info@calcat.es and indicating the right you wish to exercise. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

Calcat has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of personal data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
